About This Site

Data, data, everywhere…emails, videos, news broadcasts, social media…we are flooded with information, but that doesn’t mean it is meaningful. With that in mind, this site has been created to provide context for some of the complex issues that we face today by presenting them in an factual manner, using a wide range of reputable sources. It is hoped that through knowledge about issues and some basic communication tools we can begin to unravel the hostility and tribalism that has stifled civil discourse in recent years and promote productive conversations when talking with others. And, with any luck at all, we will strengthen our efforts to make life better for all Americans, not just the wealthy and powerful.
